The Blueberry Group Ltd comprises Fosters Traditional Foods Ltd, The Foodfinders Ltd, and Chambers Candy Company. It is the UK’s leading supplier and distributor of speciality ambient food to the premium independent retail market including: garden centres, farm shops, department stores and speciality food retailers.
The Blueberry Group achieved sales around £22 million in 2007, 16 per cent higher than 2006, and has 3500 customers across 17 customer categories.
The Blueberry Group has 130 employees and is based in Market Harborough and Halesowen.
Fosters Traditional Foods Ltd
Fosters Traditional Foods is a 30-year-old business specialising in selling traditional ambient food products to the independent, garden centre, farm shop, delicatessen and convenience sectors. It sources, ranges and sells around 1,200 products and is a major supplier of seasonal food and food gift products, from sugar and chocolate confectionery to cakes and biscuits, jams and chutneys. It also sells and distributes agency brands: Bahlsen, The Belgian, Pelican Bay, Create-a-Treat and Goldkenn.
The Foodfinders Ltd
Sister Company to Fosters, The Foodfinders sells customer led niche product and brand solutions into a customer base of business to business, department stores, niche grocery, hamper companies and specialists. Sales of food and food gifts products are often one off or bespoke depending on the customer requirements.
Chambers Candy Co Ltd
Fosters acquired Chambers Candy Company in 2004, it is a sweet packing company specialising in bespoke products and own brands into the corporate gifting and promotions market. Most of the products are confectionery lines packed in high quality tin ware. It serves the UK and Worldwide export markets with sales in 29 countries including USA, Canada, Australia, Japan Europe and the Far East.
Sales Team
Our own team of 25 National Account and Territory Sales Managers service all our customers and national accounts on a direct and regular basis, helping build better long-term business together.
Distribution
From our headquarters in Market Harborough we are ideally located to deliver throughout the UK using our own fleet of 5 dedicated vehicles, or specialist haulier. We also have 3 very committed Sweetworld merchandisers, and 3 Showvans that travel up and down the country.
Facilities
Our 125,000 square foot modern warehousing operations and sales facility in Market Harborough is ideally located for national distribution with room for further growth.
Personalisation
